I'm Abraham Sandala, but you can call me Abe. I’m a self-taught software engineer based in Lusaka, Zambia. I’ve lived many colourful lives, in nearly as many places.
My defining feature, however, is probably my ADHD mind. It has a flair for the grandiose and a habit of turning casual interests into full-blown obsessions.
My ADHD is a pain in the arse for the most part, but it has its gifts. It makes me intensely curious, sends me down one rabbit hole after another, and, maybe most importantly, leaves me fairly comfortable with the possibility of being wrong. I like having an opinion, testing it against reality and changing it when it doesn't survive.
Scrumtrulescent Magazine is my attempt to turn something I’ve experienced as a disability for most of my life into something useful. It gives all that curiosity and creativity a much-needed outlet, a place for the things I can't stop thinking about, and hopefully a way to find other people who enjoy thinking about them too.
